Hartford Hospital records, 1901-1902.

A large volume containing patient records from Hartford Hospital between 1901 and 1902. Charles B. Brainard and George S. Towne, both physicians, signed off on most of the records. They noted the patients' places of residence, country of origin, age, occupation, and other data. Records were updated each time the patient returned to the hospital.
